Recently, the water dispenser in our office has been malfunctioning. The device has been temperamental at best, providing us with either boiling hot water or ice-cold water, with no in between. This has resulted in several incidents where someone accidentally burned themselves or became uncomfortably cold after getting their drink.

The issue seems to have been going on for a while, and it has become increasingly frustrating for everyone.
